Postage

Dispatch times during sales may be extended by a day or 2, due to the volume of orders. Thank you.

We send the majority of our orders via Royal Mail, alternative appropriate couriers are sometimes use for larger items.

We are a small, independent shop and send all orders from our Scottish Borders store.

We aim to process orders in 1-2 days.

Postage is £4.50 for orders under £75

FREE STANDARD UK POSTAGE FOR ORDERS OVER £75 (under 6kg)

Working days are Monday - Saturday, exc Bank Holidays.

We do not ship out over the weekend. 

Orders placed before 2pm will generally go out the same day, but at particularly busy times afternoon orders may go the next day.

Any automatic shipping prices given at the checkout are subject to change, we reserve the right to invoice for additional fees or cancel an order.

Please email, with a screenshot of your basket, so we can get you the best, updated price.

Orders may be subject to import fees within your destination country. The customer is responsible for all fees after the point of purchase.

If duties are not paid by the customer in the destination country, or the parcel is unclaimed and returned to us, then the cost of shipping will not be refunded and a 10% processing fee will be deducted from the overall refund.
